As we have closed the recruitment for the 2024 intake of our Finance Early Talent Leadership Development Program, we are inviting those graduating before September 2025 to pre-register for our next intake. Once we open the recruitment for it (around December 2024 - January 2025), we will notify everyone pre-registered via email.

What you’ll do:
- Program duration: Two years
- Rotations: Four unique six-month assignments
- Finance functions: internal audit; group compliance or technical reporting and analysis, manufacturing accounting & controlling in a plant with a strong focus on cost accounting; financial accounting or financial planning and analysis – depending on the country and business unit you will focus on.
- Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
- Career path: Preparation for future leadership roles (e.g. Controller, Finance Director)
- Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master's degree in accounting or finance area with a graduation date no later than August 2025
- Work or internship experience is a plus (up to 3 years of experience)
- Effective communication

- Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks

- Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
