The Position
You will join the Commercial Finance Value Partner department of Roche Diagnostics Italy and you will report directly to the Lead of the function.
You will have the chance to be supported at 360 degrees to critical topics in the management of a large commercial affiliate in the Healthcare industry, such as:

Business Partnering and Consulting with Salesforce, Medical and Market Access, Marketing

Profitability evaluation, Business case modeling
-
Market share analysis
-
International projects with colleagues from other affiliates and HQ
-
P&L management
-
Cost monitoring
-
Sales forecasting
-
Business insights generation
-
Customer visits to bring the Finance perspective in consulting project
-
Project management and Agile methodology
-
Healthcare innovation projects and Value Based Healthcare
You will work in close collaboration with:

Finance Manager (CFO) of the Affiliate
-
Marketing Director and Product Managers
-
Commercial Director and Sales Managers
-
Roche Finance Community (network with Finance colleagues from other Affiliates in EMEA-LATAM, HQ colleagues, Senior Leaders in the organization)
You will take part in the broader Finance Community and network with different colleagues from EMEA and the Regional Headquarters.
Who are you
-
Degree in economic disciplines
-
Excellent knowledge of the English language and of the main IT tools - specifically, a good management of the Office package is required
-
Good capacity of analysis, result orientation and organizational skills
-
Good predisposition for interpersonal relationships and openness to relationship/communication
-
Proactivity, problem solving, ability to work under pressure

Ability to work in team and cross functional environment
