We are looking for a Financial Specialist for an international company in rapid expansion. The candidate will report to the Finance Manager Italy and will have the opportunity to work closely with the Regional Head of Finance (South EU) and the European team on the development of a strategic project. This is a fixed-term position as it involves the global implementation of SAP, requiring active support in this important corporate transformation process.

• Provide support to the Financial Manager in completing assigned tasks during month-end closing (BS reconciliation, P&L analysis, etc.).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based on the Financial Manager's instructions.
• Support the Finance Manager in executing and monitoring plans, managing budgets, and reporting on achievements.
• Assist team members during the month-end closing process.
• Actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes and procedures.
• Lead or contribute to local projects to further improve operations within the finance department.
• Support the Regional Head of Finance in gathering requirements across the region for SAP implementation.
• Contribute to SAP implementation across various phases of the project depending on specific needs.

• A minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience as a Financial Controller or Auditor.
• Strong knowledge of international and national accounting principles (IFRS, ITA GAAP).
• Keen interest in the implementation of management systems and the ability to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
• Knowledge of key processes within the finance department.
