Job Description:
The rapid growth of TDK’s product diversity and volume has resulted in the need for Sr. Staff Foundry Technology Development Engineer, who will contribute on the productization of new MEMS motion sensors. Successful candidate will work on following activities:

Requirements:
§ Demonstrate broad experience with MEMS semiconductor fabrication processes (knowledge in CMOS semiconductor technology is a plus)
§ Demonstrate proven track record in MEMS or CMOS technology development
§ Solid understanding of semiconductor devices, layout and device characterization
§ Experience in MEMS or CMOS device layout, design, and characterization
