What We Are Looking For

We seek a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our exceptional team of engineers, developers, and scientists. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining our web apps and backend systems. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the most effective and efficient development of our products.Expect to work in a challenging and dynamic team-oriented environment.

Selection Process:

Location

This is a full-time position based in Modena, Italy. During the onboarding period, you will be required to mainly work on-site at our office. Afterwards, a flexible schedule may be arranged based on your ability to work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design, scope, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software and tools at the intersection of AI and quantitative finance, with a focus on frontend and backend systems that deliver our product to Axyon AI’s clients
• Enhance and maintain the efficiency and scalability of our codebases, proposing and implementing solutions to eliminate bottlenecks, increase computational efficiency, and improve delivery times.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (candidates with a scientific degree or relevant professional experience will also be considered).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and Java Script (ES6+)
• Experience with Python and PHP programming languages
• Knowledge of SQL and No SQL databases (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with at least one Javascript Framework (Vue, React, Angular)
• Familiarity with at least one MVC Framework (Django, Laravel)
• High degree of autonomy, initiative, and a proactive attitude.
• Strong team spirit, curious mindset, and a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
