GDM, headquartered in Offanengo, Italy, is a worldwide leader in the tissue & hygiene industry, developing state-of-the-art converting and packaging lines.
GDM designs and manufactures turn-key intergated lines for the production of different disposable hygiene products, including baby diapers and pants, adult incontinence solutions and lady sanitary pads.

What You Need to Be Successful
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Aerospace, Aeronautics, Robotics, etc.)
- Less than 18 months of professional experience
- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders
- Innate aptitude for teamwork
- Excellent communication skills
- Personal drive and result orientation.
