As a Team Lead, you will manage the relationship, the demand, and coordinate service delivery as per agreed service portfolio in line with overall Atlas Copco IT strategy.

Main taks:

• Lead and develop the Italian based IT team. People evaluation and development.
• Support all computers in Italy and rest of IT related assets
• Manage, deployment and maintenance of IT equipment ( Azure resources, PC's, networks, local software and delivery of services)
• Coordination on Service Desk services for Italy, monitoring service desk activity to ensure actions to resolve are completed within targets.
• Ensure resolution of incidents within SLA
• Main service desk escalation point for the employees in Turley
• Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely and effective manner
• Cooperate closely with other service Teams to ensure high quality support for the business including operational and continous improvements
• Identify local business needs and translate them into business demands when applicable.
• Lead local initiatives/projects when required and coordinate for a smooth delivery of regional or global projects into Italy

Knowledge & Experience:

• 4 years of experience as a first level service desk IT support with frequent customer contacts.
• Smartphone usage (Android & Apple) for basic end user support
• W11 Client
• Microsoft Office 365- Windows Server 2016 Administration (User and Printing services management)
• End user Hardware support knowledge.
• Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
