Your Tasks - What You can expect as Head of Technical Customer Service – Flexible Packaging Italy (f/m/d):

You are responsible for the efficient and effective customer technical support in regard to applications solutions and services to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve defined business objectives.
You manage a team to support the local implementation of strategies.
You take care of the implementation of standard technology applications, services and solutions in cooperation with OFC teams to respond to customer requirements.
You develop formulas and solutions to meet customer specifications, and support the Technology Team in customer claims to provide optimized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
You provide technical support to the supply chain and the sales team for the preparation of files and responses to calls for tenders.
You do a continuous local market and competitor observation to ensure the development of competitive applications and solutions to respond to market and customer needs.
You work internationally and cooperate with the teams in Germany and France.

Your Profile - What do You bring as Head of Technical Customer Service – Flexible Packaging Italy (f/m/d):

Based on a completed university degree (chemical technology) you have gained minimum 5 years comprehensive experience in defined packaging industry, preferably in the ink technology environment (R&D, application service etc.).
You gained leadership experience in working in an international environment.
You have excellent communication and project management skills.
You bring very good stakeholder management skills and you are characterized by a customer-oriented approach.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
