Job Description
- Participating in the recruitment process for Head Office and Retail positions Holding the role of a superuser in assigned HR systems
- Providing operational support for health, safety, and work environment initiatives
- Knowledge of employment law, agreements, and regulations
- Translating and ensuring the quality of training materials
- Assisting in training sessions as a Co-Trainer
- Managing ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources or Health & Safety
- Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate or fluent level
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership abilities, and a proactive mindset in driving tasks and initiatives.
