Cosa farai?

Su delega del capo reparto e/o FLL/PE, supporta nell' apertura ticket a sistema e la relativa stesura di documenti (sop/wi/ecc). Rispetta i Valori GSK, le norme GMP, le policy aziendali in tema di Ambiente e Sicurezza (EHS),le Aspettative di Comportamento GSK (GSK Expectations) e il Codice di Condotta.

• Secondo le procedure di stabilimento rispetta gli standard richiesti in ambito di sicurezza, qualità e performance, operando secondo le norme EHS e GMP.
  
• In affiancamento al personale di reparto (capo reparto/FLL/PE/operatori) riceve le informazioni necessarie alla scrittura dei documenti (sop/wi/ecc)
  
• Mantiene ordinato e pulito il proprio ambiente di lavoro (5s e zoning)
  
• Segue il proprio piano di addestramento, nei tempi previsti, tramite l’utilizzo di strumenti aziendali (My Learning) ed è proattivamente coinvolto nei programmi di miglioramento continuo.
  

• Dimostra senso di responsabilità e capacità nel prendere decisioni nel limite delle proprie responsabilità, nel rispetto delle norme e dei valori di GSK;
  
• Possiede ottime capacità di concentrazione e ha una buona predisposizione all’ascolto
  
• Problem solver
