The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in the IT function of an internationally operating group. Within the IT department, the ideal candidate will support all internal customer needs by installing or upgrading components, configuring software, assisting with application administration, and resolving all IT support issues.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in the IT function of an internationally operating group. Within the IT department, the ideal candidate will support all internal customer needs by installing or upgrading components, configuring software, assisting with application administration, and resolving all IT support issues.
Reporting to IT Manager, the job holder will be accountable for the following:
Skills required:
- To install new software and hardware components
- To regularly evaluate company’s IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary needs of all users, updating system software and tracking the data and communications used on the network.
- To resolve all issues company users may have with their IT systems and software
- To support the day-to-day operations of company computer network
- To support the day-to-day operation of Applications Team
Skills required:
- High School Diploma, preferred in IT
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming, computer hardware technologies
- Excellent and effective interpersonal skills
- Customer oriented mindset
- Good communication and ability to synthesize
- Good problem solving and ability to find out solutions
- Teamworking e teambuilding
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
