Junior Legal Consultant - Regulatory

We are recruiting a professional to join our Legal team in Milan, specifically for:
- advisory activities in the field of law and the regulation of entities and banking, financial and insurance services, in addition to general legal assistance to supervised entities for both their ongoing operations and corporate finance transactions;
- advisory activities in banking, finance, trade and civil law.
The ideal candidate must have:
- relevant experience in banking law, demonstrating an understanding of legal regulations and practices within the banking and financial sectors.
- a master's degree in law with final marks of at least 100/110;
- excellent knowledge of English;
- the ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines;
- excellent coordination abilities;
- excellent interpersonal and stress management skills;
- flexible and dynamic approach.
