DHL Global Forwarding Italy is looking for the following position:

Key tasks:
- Supervise the development and administration of LCL Hub plans and supervise processes at the LCL Hub location to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments, in line with business strategy and objectives;
- Guide team members in achieving efficient and safe handling and transportation of all customer materials;
- Execute Import LCL plans and processes to provide sea freight forwarding for internal and external customers in accordance with customers requirements to grant operational excellence and high customer service level;
- Organize, split and plan day-to-day work of LCL Hub Import Operations Specialists and supervise LCL Hub Operations activities;
- Set, communicate, and monitor indicators of consolidation efficiency;
- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department
- Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to LCL import work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency;
- Monitor operational metrics at shipment level in order to ensure adherence to global standards and grant continuous improvement processes;
- Interact with Operations and Customer Service, if required;
Requirements:
- Great knowledge of OFR & LCL Import Product
- More than 2/3 years on Ops/CS roles OFR
- English Level (B2/C1 - intermediate +/Advanced)
- Good administration skills and orientation to details
- High communication and negotiation skills
- Open-minded attitude and capability to adhere to customers needs and requirements
- Team working attitude
- Good capability to work under pressure
- Self-directed and proactive working style
- Proven project management skills recommended
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to new challenges and to non-standard activities
