Sidel is looking for a Legal Affairs Support in fix term contract for 12 months.

Your Mission

• Contract Management: manage negotiation and process for pre-defined types of contracts and transactions.
• IP support: Provide administrative and paralegal support to patent/IP operational activities, including internal reporting and dealing with inventors, patent offices and agents for pre-defined product platforms.
• Other areas of possible support:
  • Transformation: Work with the Legal Affairs’ team worldwide to define, oversee and report on existing and future transformation projects. Improve monitoring and reporting tools and processes.
  • Legal Affairs Operations: Support on the implementation of new tools
  • Corporate Governance: Support on projects and assurance processes

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

• Good communication and presentation skills - English mandatory
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Experience in administrative support is a plus.

Required experience and skills:

• Good team player
• Pro-active, solution-oriented and result driven, comfortable with change
• Autonomous, precise and rigorous
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Very comfortable with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, etc.) and computer based tools
• Interested into legal and patent domains. Basic legal / IP knowledge is a plus.
