TMC Italia is looking for a SW Engineer based in our customer’s premises to provide support on Motorsport / Automotive applications.

About this vacancy
- Design, develop, and maintain firmware and drivers in a Linux (Kernel) environment and Yocto.
- Develop Embedded C code for Free RTOS systems.
- Implement and manage communication protocols, including CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C.
- Perform testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure robust and reliable performance.
What we expect from you
- MS in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Italian and English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in firmware and driver development in a Linux/Yocto environment.
- Strong expertise in Embedded C development within Free RTOS systems.
- Proficient in communication protocols such as CAN, Ethernet, SPI, and I2C.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with laboratory hardware/software instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
- Experience in the Motorsport industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Nice to have: experience with audio/video streaming technologies.
