Motorbikes Designer

Main responsibilities:
- Design Skill: Design and develop the concept idea of CTG for motorbikes (colour, trim & graphics), managing transversally projects from the early stages to the launch of the motorbikes.
- Grafic Skill: Tasks within the areas of Communication and Product for all that concerns graphic design (brochures, printed matter, banners, videos, logos, applied graphics and style research etc).
- Communication skill: Work closely with the transportation design team and other departments of the company, independently or in a group.
- Innovation skill: Motivate and guide designers to find the right balance between mind-blowing, outside-of-the-box sketches and on-package products.
A motorbike related portfolio is a must
At least 1 year of experience in a motorbike role.
Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of Chinese language will be considered a plus.
Intrapreneurship and proactivity.
In-depth knowledge of Design processes
Ability to work completely autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
