Scope of the role:
Support process improvement and troubleshooting experiments in order to robust the manufacturing processes in MSAT Process Science Analytical and Secondary laboratories according to Quality and Safe GSK Guidelines.

In this role, you will…

• Support manufacturing in troubleshooting experiments according to challenging timelines and by prioritization of activities;
  
• Apply Analytical and Secondary technologies (SDS-PAGE, Orthogonal methods, Formulation and filling etc.) for vaccine processes;
  
• Set-up of down-scale models in order to reproduce Manufacturing scale;
  
• Use of Microsoft office programs and other programs for evaluation of data;
  
• Collaborate with all laboratories to share the results and objectives of projects, and collaborate with other functions (Quality / Engineering) to implement standards (e.g. Validation / Qualification) and to handle special events;
  
• Preparation of SOPs, WIS and protocols;
  
• Taking care of equipment (eg monitoring the maintenance and calibration status, assistance by maintenance and repairs), and organizing daily laboratory work like housekeeping, etc;
  
• Respect of general HSE guidelines (eg correct use of DPI and waste management)

• Diploma tecnico scuola media superiore or master degree in chemical, engineering and simila field;
  
• Previous experience in R&D and/or QC and production related to Secondary activities;
  
• Good level of English (both spoken and written)
