Contract Type: 12 month contract + Extension
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Control Centre Manager to join our client that is in the public sector.
Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Control Centre Manager to join our client that is in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall activities, including NCC supervisors
- Act as the further escalation point for the supervisors
- Report to management on any issues that could have significant impact on service delivery.
- Attend periodical service revision meetings with senior management.
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with subject matter expert engineering teams.
- Attend Change Management Board meeting if required
- NCC Manager must have a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
- NCC Manager must have ITIL v3 Expert certification, or the equivalent ITIL 4 certification.
- NCC Manager must be fluent in English equivalent to the B2 level or above.
