Join us and be part of the expert team that's improving lives through greater connectivity!Molex in Europe is looking for a part-time Office Assistant to cover for a maternity leave. This position is based in Milano and reports to the Country Manager Italy and Iberia. The Office Assistant will take the responsibility to manage the daily activities related to the office in Italy such us managing office suppliers, documentation, support finance deparment, etc. This individual will also support the sales team with events & travel organizations as well as reporting. Looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and enjoys working in an international environment.
What You Will Do In Your Role

General administrative assistance by managing local suppliers, maintenance of the office, car fleet, document archiving, etc. for the proper operation of the company in Italy
Supporting finance department with vendor creation and maintenance.
Handle new employees onboarding package/leaving employee delivery package.
Be the primary contact for activities related to security and relative employees training courses required by the local law.
Support sales team for event & travel organization as well as reporting in a timely fashion and with accurate and clear information.

The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:

High School diploma
Fluent in English and Italian
Very strong Organization skills
Strong communication skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Located in Milano area

What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor degree
Experience in multinational company
Experience using SAP, Ariba and Salesforce
Any other additional language skills
