Posizione:

He/She will operate in the Operations & Supply Chain field, guaranteeing support for production activities and the development of new projects with a view to Production Efficiency, Innovation and Sustainability.


Main responsibilities:

• Analyze production processes, flows and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in order to reduce costs and improve the productivity of the lines and the organization;
• Promote the principles of Lean Manufacturing and the methodologies of Operational Excellence at all levels and company functions to support the constant growth of the business and the definition of process standards;
• Track, manage and develop KPIs such as production efficiency (OEE) and planning adherence (PA) by periodically presenting them to the Management Team;
• Support the Engineering and Production team by carrying out data analysis to identify potential CAPEX and OPEX investment solutions and propose/evaluate their economic feasibility;
• Provide support to line saturation analysis and Capacity Requirement Planning management to guide potential short- or long-term development projects;
• Issue of purchase requests regarding CAPEX and OPEX of the Operations budget;
• Support and monitoring of expenses related to the CAPEX and OPEX Operations budget;
• Support to Marketing & Sales departments for the engineering of new products, supply of time and operating costs.

Requisiti:

• Degree in Engineering, preferably mechanical/managerial.
• 2/3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence roles in production contexts.
• Basic knowledge of economic/financial aspects: CAPEX, OPEX, business cases, approval processes.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, knowledge of Auto CAD software is a plus.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language.
• Ability to synthesize, report and present the work done.
