Bulgari Accessori s.r.l. – within the Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit based in Florence – is looking for an Operational Excellence Intern.
As Operational Excellence Intern you will support the development of continuous improvement’s culture within the organization, following related projects and activities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
The candidate will have the chance to support the team and he/she will be involved in:

• Support all the program management activities for the main improvement projects to the business objectives and strategy;
• Support the project teams coordination, facilitating problem resolution;
• Support the Operational Excellence Team to guarantee the right supervision of ongoing projects and related status meetings, to support the respect of deadlines;
• Facilitate communication, cooperation and knowledge sharing among all departments;
• Support managers and teams in optimizing business process efficiency to achieve economic objectives (cost reduction, timing, resource utilization);
• Support the business process owners in searching for technical/organizational solutions for quality issues;
• Participate to Operations Committee reporting on project status;
• Collaborate with the Team to deploy the implementation of Lean methods and tools in order to ensure a problem-solving approach.

Profilo

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Engineering / Economics
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), IT applications (ERP/SAP/Database) and Digital Tools
• Fluency in Italian and English
• Continuous Improvement methods and tools
• Project Management
• Knowledge of main operational/logistics flows and procedures will be considered as a plus
• Knowledge of Office 365 (power Bi, Power Apps, Sharepoint) will be considered as a plus
