We are looking for an experienced and strategic Partnerships and Customer Success Lead to join our team. This role is crucial in fostering and managing relationships with our key partners and ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. As the Partnerships and Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance our partnerships and drive customer success, contributing to the overall growth and success of our automotive software solutions.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that our partners and customers receive exceptional value from our products and services. Your role will involve identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, managing existing relationships, and ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our software solutions.
In addition to driving business development and customer success initiatives, you will be instrumental in gathering and analyzing feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements and strategic decisions.
