Plant Manager at the production facility in Segrate has overall responsibility for this site and the team of around 25 people.
The purpose is:

• to manage premix operation and assets in the designated market, from production to storage and maintenance to sales.
• to execute the ANH strategy and achieve the profit targets in close partnership with the S&M head.

The role provides input into plant operations and all on-site technical projects, e.g. plant upgrades.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for proper management of the PMX operations, proper quality of premix and proper management of assets.
• CAPEX proposal and implementation of the approved capital expenditure.
• Partnering with the management team, plan and implement production costs according to agreed targets. Structure production site resources, people and expenses to achieve operations results according to budget agreement.
• Ensuring the site meets all health and safety regulations, the quality and quantity of products meet specified specifications and deliveries to customers are met.
• Partnering with the management team to achieve Country targets (Financial, SHE, HR, Operations, Others).

You bring

• You are hands-on oriented and have an interest in the development of your employees.
• Business or technical degree in engineering, agriculture or chemistry
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the process industry
• Team lead / leadership experience - "lead by example"
• Solution-oriented, decisive, cost-conscious, enthusiastic personality
• Fluent in Italian, good knowledge of English
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and courage
• Enjoyment of learning and developing
• High understanding of teamwork and collaboration
• Real passion for wanting to improve the lives of others.
