Description of main Responsibilities / Activities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Establish effective project communication plans
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify “lessons learned”
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Professional Tools / Skills:

• Microsoft: O365, Azure

Experiences:

• +10 years of experience in IT project management in multinational context

Language Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory

Computer Skills:

• Ability to leverage Project Management Softwares; Microsoft and Cloud Solutions competences
