Main Responsibilities
- Coordinating all Project Office activities ensuring their execution with respect of time, cost and quality constraints
- Coordinating Logistic resources and organizing data needed to shipping activities in order to achieve delivery schedule milestones
- Providing project reporting (Reporting Dashboard, Monthly Report, KPI) on time according to project deadlines
- Planning, monitoring and controlling project activities
- Collaborating closely with Engineering, Configuration Manager, Procurement Manager and Logistics Manager to ensure proper management and alignment of Bo Q releases
- Ensuring Customer documents management maintaining properly updated documents repository and monitoring all versions of documents and related transmissions and reception of comments to and from the Customer
- Ensuring BOQ structure satisfies contractual and logistical requirements
- Ensuring on-time supplier delivery of materials and all needed documents
- Monitoring and expediting PR and purchase orders process
- Ensuring updating of the delivery dates of each batches
- Ensuring receipt of materials within delivery defined in PO
- Ensuring receipt of export (if any) documents in order to receive the export authorization from Export Controller
- Starting the procedure of Non-Conformity for delay in receiving materials and documents in agreement with PM
- Leading R&O management activities, ensuring that risks/opportunities are properly captured, assigned, handled and reviewed
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Effective communication and teamworking skills
- Problem solving attitude
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Proactive and result-oriented
- Proficient in project management tool usage (MS Project; Primavera P6)
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel
