POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an attentive and service-driven Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is a pristine, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and attending to guests' needs to create an unforgettable resort experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for an attentive and service-driven Pool Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our pool area is a pristine, relaxing, and welcoming environment for guests. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service, maintaining poolside cleanliness, and attending to guests' needs to create an unforgettable resort experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service: Provide outstanding service to guests by offering towels, setting up lounge chairs, and ensuring all their needs are met while at the pool.
- Pool Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including water testing and ensuring all safety measures are in place.
- Towel & Lounge Management: Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels and properly arranged lounge chairs, creating a visually appealing and organized poolside atmosphere.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure that the pool area is safe, clean, and properly sanitized at all times, responding promptly to any issues or guest concerns.
- Beverage & Snack Service: Assist in delivering food and beverages to poolside guests, coordinating with the resort’s F&B team to ensure timely and courteous service.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the guest services and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations of the pool area, addressing any special requests from guests.
- Monitor Pool Usage: Keep an eye on guest behavior around the pool, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and respond to any incidents or emergencies with composure and professionalism.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that the pool area remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests with grace and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of pool safety and sanitation procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
