We are currently seeking new talented individuals to join our Danieli Fata Fröhling Tech Team. Job Title: Tech Team Engineer Location: Buttrio (UD) The Tech Team Engineer manages the technological process optimisation, ensuring that finished products are aligned with the quality standards defined in the contract. To fulfil the overall purpose of the job, the focus of the role is to analyse data from start-up phase, up to the design and sales phases.Responsabilità
Lead and guarantee continuous improvement and optimization of the technological process through: • Collection and analysis of data, aimed at the continuous improvement of processes, methods, product quality and competitiveness of the layouts and of the overall plant • Update database for sizing of machines and plants, for process and start-up automation phase • Transmit the acquired knowhow to the team • Be actively involved in the Basic Design of process related equipment (equipment for material transport and material deformation) • Verify Technical Specification for external packages and lead final performance control of purchased equipment during hot commissioning phase • Lead the parametrization process for machine sizing in collaboration with the Technical Office and / or Sales Engineers • Lead the parametrization process concerning plants warranty, use, and productivity, defining preconditions and procedures for PAC/FAC to be included in contracts in collaboration with Sales Engineers In team-up with Start-Up and Commissioning teams, participate in: • Organization of commissioning and plants setup/ parameters for PAC/FAC (Test Coils preparation, purpose of testing, analysis, etc) • Start-ups and FAC, ensuring that preconditions and parameters are compliant. Mitigate technical risks and customer risks (Check Lists, Material Quality Preconditions, Test Quality evaluation and analysis, etc), when required Support the sales department, in the preparation and presentation of proposals through: • Preparation of plant technological layout, knowing material properties to process and required functions (incl. functions flow diagram) • Calculation of plant productivity (functions, cycle times, line speed definition) • Calculation of machine technological parameters (tensions, motor powers, motor cycle times). Issue Main Motor List • Introduction of improvements based on operating experience on similar plants • Participation in main meetings with the customer to point out / explain the technological aspects/advantages of the proposed solutionRequisiti tecnici
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, metallurgy, material science or similar • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken • Good knowledge of Office packageSoft Skills
• Availability to travel to and from company offices (Serbia – Germany – Italy) and sites during Hot Test Commissioning and Final Acceptance Phases • Open for process learning and development • Accuracy and attention to detail • Teamwork, active communication, listening and reception, ability to interact with multicultural teamsNew Job Alerts
