What you'll be doing:
Are you passionate about the beauty industry and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Product & Omnichannel Specialist to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product strategies across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define and drive the local range planning strategy for new channels (e.g., Retail), ensuring alignment with the global strategy in collaboration with the Central team.
- Omnichannel Project Management: Lead marketing-related omnichannel projects, including planogram development, material creation, sampling strategies, promotional planning, and sales monitoring. Work closely with the Omnichannel team to ensure seamless execution.
- Market Insights: Proactively gather and interpret local market insights to inform and influence the central team. Lead category and product expertise across the end-to-end process, ensuring accurate and on-brand positioning for Beauty & Fashion & Home products.
- Product Strategy Execution: Ensure the flawless execution of central product strategies and new launches across our main channels. Act as the primary liaison for the Activation Team, collaborating to ensure robust product launch support plans.
- Initiative Management: Oversee additional product initiatives (e.g., sampling) to drive cost-effective growth and enhance our market presence.
Work Experience:
- Category Management Expertise: Extensive experience in category management within the beauty sector is required. Experience in fashion and home categories, particularly in commercial and brand roles, is highly valuable.
- Retail Marketing: Proven experience in marketing to retailers, with a strong track record of managing external agencies and complex projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Quick Learner: Ability to swiftly grasp new topics and independently drive agile initiatives to completion.
- Marketing Generalist: Strong, well-rounded marketing skills with a keen analytical ability to understand performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
- Creative & Brand Savvy: An excellent creative eye paired with a deep understanding of brand positioning.
- Proactive & Organized: Exceptional project management skills, with a proactive approach to driving results.
- Passion for Beauty: A genuine passion for the beauty industry, with a desire to make a difference in a leading company.
