Our company is currently seeking a driven and passionate Project Leader with to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work closely with our project management division and contribute to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of impactful projects across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in project management in a production environment, ideally within industries such as engineering, manufacturing, or consulting. As a key part of our team, you will be based at our Altopascio (Lucca) facility, an important tissue production site with 350 employees. You will report directly to the Site Infrastructure and Technical Manager and play a vital role in driving operational excellence at one of our most significant production locations.

What will you do:

• Collaborate with the project management team to define project objectives, develop plans, and establish timelines by understanding goals and deliverables.
  
• Assist in creating and revising project plans, ensuring they align with available resources, scope, and time constraints, and adjusting when necessary.
  
• Monitor project progress, identifying deviations from schedules, and recommending corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
  
• Manage project resources and budgets by allocating personnel, materials, and equipment efficiently, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  
• Handle project documentation and meetings, preparing reports, managing key discussions, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Who You Are:

• +3 years of project management experience, ideally in a production environment
  
• A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related disciplines.
  
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies; experience with Microsoft Project or similar software is preferred.
  
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  
• A proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines while managing stress effectively.
  
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
