About this vacancy
- Redigere le non conformità con il team di progetto, controllare e mantenere aggiornata la lista delle NCR (Non Conformity Report), con il loro stato;
- Redigere le RFD (Request for Deviation) e le RFW (Request For Waiver);
- Controllare i piani di test di qualifica ed accettazione delle varie unità/sottounità che compongono il progetto;
- Aggiornare periodicamente il cliente con i progress report contenenti lo stato di avanzamento delle NCR (Non Conformity Report), delle RFD, delle RFW, delle RFA (Request For Approval), dei piani di test e di eventuali criticità emerse che possono avere impatto sulle attività di Product Assurance, Ingegneria, Tecnologie.
What we expect from you
- Laurea in Ing. Spaziale /Aerospaziale o equivalente;
- Conoscenza dei requisiti per l'ambiente spaziale e programmi con equipaggio (vuoto, cicli termici, radiazioni, compatibilità dei materiali, corrosione dei metalli, infiammabilità, tossicità, funghi microbici, ecc.);
- Gradita conoscenza degli Standard NASA ed ESA ECSS (ECSS-Q-ST-70-XX) per materiali e processi;
- Gradita la conoscenza di tecnologie, in particolare per hardware meccanico e termico: saldatura, trattamenti superficiali, incollaggio con diversi adesivi, compositi, tecnologie di controllo termico passivo (verniciatura, isolamento multistrato, ecc.).
