What we look for?
We are looking for a talented FPGA engineer to be part of our Embedded Design team to contribute in developing new hardware accelerated solutions.
The selection is open to degrees in the Information Technology field with backgrounds in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunications.

Hard skills

• Degrees in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FPGA design;
• Solid skills in VHDL\Verilog\System Verilog development and FPGA verification;
• Experience in digital signal processing is preferred as well as experience with network protocols and standards;
• Proficiency with Altera Quartus Prime or AMD Vivado is preferred;
• Knowledge of versioning tool will be a plus

Soft skills

• Ability to work in team
• Proactive and eager to propose solutions
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Customer facing attitude
• Good language skills, English and Italian written and spoken, French will be a plus

Main responsibilities

• Develop HDL FPGA IPs
• Design FPGA system architectures using co-design HW/FW approach
• Interact with the Embedded Design team
• Work as independent contributor in the research and development activities
• Support HW/SW bring-up and debug
• Prepare project documentation

How does the selection process work?
You will be involved in 4 main steps:
Initial Assessment: we will conduct a first behavioral interview to understand your background, your attitudes and what you expect from SMA-RTY
Skills Testing sessions (2 sessions): we will have 2 more interviews of assessments to evaluate your specific skills or abilities related to the job, such as technical skills, cognitive abilities, or personality traits
Offer and Negotiation: if selected, we will extend you a job offer, including details such as salary, benefits, and start date. Negotiating terms if necessary
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
Retribuzione: €38.000,00 - €54.000,00 all'anno
