Main Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, the company website, social media, industry events, and professional networks.
- Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates in line with the requirements of open positions.
- Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews (in English and Italian) to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Evaluation: Collaborate with line managers to evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions.
- Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (spoken and written) - our selection process includes a telephone language check in English before the interview;
- Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
- At least 1/2 years of experience in the field of research and selection;
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and result-orientation;
- Proactivity, results-orientation, ability to work in a team, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Excellent Public Speaking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing assigned tasks and meeting deadlines;
