Regional Sales Manager - Italy - Smart Grids

WHAT WILL YOUR FUNCTIONS BE?
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the Italian territory, identifying key opportunities for growth across different segments and channels.
- Establishing and maintaining robust relationships with industry stakeholders, serving as the company’s primary representative in all commercial activities within the region.
- Driving revenue growth and achieving territory sales targets while ensuring the profitability and sustainability of the region.
- Working closely with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of the Italian market.
- Conducting regular reporting and forecasting, providing management with insights into performance, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.
- Staying abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends, adjusting the sales strategy as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.
- Representing the company at local and international industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting the company as a leader in the electric power industry.
- Facilitating cross-regional collaborations to leverage global insights and best practices, ensuring the Italian market benefits from a comprehensive and cohesive approach.
- Managing and traveling within the Italian territory extensively to engage with customers and stakeholders, with occasional travel throughout Europe as required.
- Full remote.
- You will be the responsible of the business and strategic development of the company’s portfolio in the country.
- You will be responsible for the company's most important account in the Italian market.
- You will be part of a technical, professional and close team, with colleagues of great experience in the sector.
- You will have access to training inside and outside the company.
As a Regional Sales Manager - Italy - Smart Grids we need you to have:
- More than 5 years of experience in technical or commercial roles within the energy sector.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Comfortable with travel within Italy.
