KPMG Advisory's Governance, risk, compliance and sustainability team supports companies in the definition of governance and organisational structures that help them face the challenges of the digital transformation and sustainable success through processes for the management of risks and opportunities that are integrated with strategies and performance, factoring in ESG topics and impacts.

As part of the Governance, risk, compliance and sustainability team, you will gain expertise in the following areas:

• sustainability strategies and the creation of shared value;

• non-financial reporting systems in line with emerging regulations and international frameworks;

• integrated approaches to Climate Change and decarbonisation;

• enterprise risk management models integrated with climate-related and ESG risks;

• design and implementation of compliance programmes (anti-bribery, Legislative decree no. 231, Antitrust and Legislative decree no. 262);

• integrated compliance and design of digital platforms;

• internal auditing;

• evaluating and designing internal control systems.

The ideal candidate must have:

• a master's degree in business and management, business administration, administration, finance and controlling, engineering management or environmental engineering;

• interest in working on sustainability, corporate governance, internal audit, risk management and compliance topics;

• an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;

• an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

You must also be a natural problem-solver, never lose sight of goals and have strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for teamwork. Your motivation and enthusiasm inspire confidence and empower change. You enjoy taking on challenges and are comfortable in fast-changing situations where your leadership abilities make the difference.

• Controllo interno e risk assessment nel settore industriale;

• Svolgimento di incarichi in ambito compliance 231, SOX, 262, anticorruzione;

• Compliance integrata;

• Internal auditing;

• Valutazione e progettazione di sistemi di controllo interno;

• Studio della normativa relativa al settore industriale e sue applicazioni ad implicazioni sui processi e procedure.

Per essere il candidato ideale non possono mancarti i seguenti requisiti:

• Laurea magistrale in Economia e Management, Business Administration e Ammministrazione, Finanza e Controllo;

• Interesse a lavorare su tematiche di compliance normativa e corporate governance, internal audit e risk management;

• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, meglio se avvalorata da un’esperienza di studio e/o lavoro all’estero;

• Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
