SPEA S.p.A., company worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of testing systems for semiconductors and electronic boards, is looking for a
Sales Assistant.
As a Sales Assistant you will participate in the day-by-day sales activities, including definition of equipment configurations based on customer needs, quotations,
Purchase Order management, development of strategical business relationships with our commercial partners.
Activities:
- Ability to express complex content in written form and to produce coherent and understandable documents
- Ability to record, discriminate and filter incoming information (email, phone calls, internal communications)
- Ability to organize the Sales Manager's trip in collaboration with the agency
- Ability to communicate in English
- Using Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to effectively host new sales assistants
- Ability to train new sales assistants effectively
- Ability to effectively carry out the Evaluation of new Sales Assistants
- Ability to effectively debug new procedures related to the processes

- Ability to relate to others and establish positive interactions
- Ability to represent the company adequately in relations with customers, suppliers and public bodies, protecting its interests and image
- Ability to manage internal relations, knowing how to measure servitude, diplomacy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or Languages
- One year experience in Sales Department
- Fluent English
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Be proactive and teamwork oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer and problem-solving oriented
