Your Role:
As a Sales Coordinator at Valmet, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team throughout the quotation and order execution process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing incoming orders promptly and accurately.
- Addressing internal and customer queries regarding orders and returns efficiently, escalating where necessary.
- Inputting order details into our organization's system meticulously.
- Ensuring thorough follow-up on all orders.
- Collaborating with sales representatives and operations to track order status and maintain delivery schedules for timely customer delivery.
- Acting as a liaison between internal delivery orders and customers.
- Preparing and managing commercial documentation such as contracts and invoices.
What We Expect:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Solid Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of Incoterms.
- Basic knowledge in administrative management and accounting.
- Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B1 level, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- A solid grasp of IT fundamentals.
- Experience with ERP systems, like i Scala, will be advantageous.
- Basic mechanical or industrial technical knowledge is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills coupled with the ability to work independently.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative when necessary.
