YOUR MISSION
In this role, you will be part of the Commercial team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and the Account Management Team. The role is the Small and Medium Cities, all around Italy, working with Big Chains and Top Accounts.

YOUR MISSION
In this role, you will be part of the Commercial team at Glovo Italy, working closely with the Head of Region and the Account Management Team. The role is the Small and Medium Cities, all around Italy, working with Big Chains and Top Accounts.
THE JOURNEY
- Build and develop a prospect portfolio from scratch, negotiating with the best local restaurants in your city to offer them on our platform.
- Take the lead in negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and transition from acquisition to account management for your city's partners.
- Achieve monthly objectives as defined by the Head of Region.
- Coordinate sales plans in collaboration with the Head of Region and the Account Management Team
- At least 3 years of experience in high-performance sales, managing complex deals, and engaging with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Availability to travel
- Autonomy, proactivity, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and analytical skills, particularly in assessing partners' business data.
- A strong drive for sales success, with a "never take no for an answer" attitude.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership and business fundamentals.
- Adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities.
- A good understanding of the food delivery industry trends is preferred
