Your Tasks

• Expanding the customer portfolio in Italy as a core business
• Creating and developing online video strategies, influencer marketing and branding campaigns on platforms such as You Tube, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok among others
• Having full autonomy over the entire sales process - from the first contact, to developing ideas and concepts in consultation with the creative team, to the conclusion of the contract ensuring the correct execution of the campaign
• Offer to clients, through a consultative approach, the best solutions and talent for each campaign, thanks to an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the market and the creator economy
• Supporting PMs in creating and defining brief documents for each campaign, following the content preview and approval process before publication by talent
• Maintain relationships with clients to upsell We Are Era products for activities - for example - Digital Rights Management, Licensing or Media Solutions

Your Profile

• Experience in communication agencies and/or media centres
• Past positions in sales & marketing
• Previous experience in selling digital and social media projects
• Undergraduate bachelor degree or similar
• Very good English language knowledge, mother tongue level Italian language knowledge
