Sales Manager

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead Evvoli's sales activities and business development in the air conditioning and home appliances sector for the Italian market. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the industry and an extensive network of contacts in the Italian market, both at B2B and B2C levels. In this position, they will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting our products, ensuring that the company achieves its strategic goals.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Evvoli's presence in the Italian market, with a particular focus on the air conditioning sector, promoting Evvoli's products (for residential and commercial use)
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio, both through direct and indirect channels, establishing strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets through effective sales planning and management.
- Monitor the market and competitors, identifying new business opportunities and proposing strategies to gain market share.
- Coordinate promotional and marketing activities, closely collaborating with the country manager and other departments to ensure optimal product positioning.
- Supervise and assist in the recruitment of regional sales representatives in strategic areas, ensuring that Evvoli reaches key regions in Italy.
- Present regular reports and sales performance analyses to the management.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in senior sales roles, preferably in the air conditioning, home appliances, or related industries.
- An excellent network of contacts in the Italian market, with proven ability to develop and maintain high-level business relationships.
- Experience managing sales teams and negotiating with major accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Deep knowledge of the Italian market, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
- Ability to work in a team, involving the country manager and other departments to achieve objectives and obtain the best results.
- Provide support to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding sales and product standards in Italy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Italy.
- A degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
