The resource will be working as Scrum Master for an AD Product team for a Global Car Manufacturer. The project is developing various ADAS features (ACC, Emergency Braking, Surround View Management System, Under Vehicle Reconstructor,..) from the design to the development to the testing, so covering the whole V-cycle of ASPICE.

TRM (Doors-like tool for handling requirements)
Lucid (draw-io-like tool)
Responsibilities
The resource will be handling a Customer Product team, thus working on the features that are expected to be delivered in the project. More in deep, responsibilities will be:
Assigning responsibilities to the team members
Monitoring project progress and team performances
Managing risks and identifying potential issues
Managing stakeholders' expectations
Holding regular meetings with the projects teams to review progress and address concerns
Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies
Fostering communication and collaboration
Supporting squad Product Owner
Facilitating Continuous Improvement
Shielding the team from external distractions
Providing Training and Mentorship
Coordinating with other Scrum Masters
Lead technical discussions to resolve issues and impediments
Skills
Must have
3-5 years of technical experience in embedded development, preferably as SW Developer but SW or System Testing, System Engineering, Validation can also work
5+ years as C++ Developer
1-2 years experience as Technical Program Manager, Program Manager or in alternative excellent communication and leadership skills (To be assessed during the interview phase)
Good JIRA knowledge
Proactivity in guiding and looking for solutions to improve processes and team in an environment where not everything is clear from the start
Good if the person has experience in Matlab and has some knowledge of ASPICE.
