Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Office Manager esperta per supportare le attività amministrative e organizzative della nostra azienda.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager with HR and Marketing duties to work at SEMA Systems in Rho, Italy. In this role, the Office Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations and activities of the company, providing HR support (including teambuilding and talent management), and managing marketing tasks (including preparation of brochures, trade fair materials, etc.).
Responsabilità principali:
  • The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO to ensure that organizational goals are met, and will collaboratively work with other departments in the company, organize meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Organizzazione e archiviazione della documentazione aziendale (digitale e fisica).
Requisiti:
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo simile.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Capacità di gestire il multitasking e di lavorare in autonomia.
  • Eccellenti doti organizzative e comunicative.
  • Flessibilità e proattività nella gestione delle attività quotidiane.
  • Experience in developing marketing materials for trade fairs and exhibitions a plus
  • Added plus experience with developing/managing social media platforms
Offerta:
