Senior Analyst – Corporate Finance Branded & Luxury Goods

Posizione:
We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in the Branded & Luxury Goods sector, based in Milan. This role involves supporting both the origination and execution of transactions and is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Consumer industry.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
- Prepare presentations and transaction memoranda for clients, assisting in both deal origination and execution.
- Perform company and industry analyses and compile profiles for specific sectors.
- Analyze target companies and assess acquisition capacity of potential buyers.
- Stay updated on M&A, equity, and debt-related market developments.
Requisiti:
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and reliable, with a strong team orientation and attention to detail.
- 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a strong focus on M&A; Consumer industry experience is preferred.
- Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation and due diligence.
- Excellent project management and prioritization abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in sourcing information from public and proprietary sources.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from a top-tier university.
