Posizione:

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team in the Branded & Luxury Goods sector, based in Milan. This role involves supporting both the origination and execution of transactions and is ideal for a candidate with 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Consumer industry.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial statement analysis, valuations, and financial modeling.
• Prepare presentations and transaction memoranda for clients, assisting in both deal origination and execution.
• Perform company and industry analyses and compile profiles for specific sectors.
• Analyze target companies and assess acquisition capacity of potential buyers.
• Stay updated on M&A, equity, and debt-related market developments.

Requisiti:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and reliable, with a strong team orientation and attention to detail.

• 2-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, with a strong focus on M&A; Consumer industry experience is preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation and due diligence.
• Excellent project management and prioritization abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in sourcing information from public and proprietary sources.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in Italian and English.
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from a top-tier university.
