\_\_We are looking for a Senior IT System Administrator based in Southern Europe (e.g. Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece...)

Your Role: \_\_
As our Senior IT System Administrator (all genders), you’ll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all our systems and protecting our digital assets. Your technical expertise will help us streamline our processes, protect our data, and enable our team to work efficiently with the best tools at hand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to bring their experience and passion for IT and cybersecurity into a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Your Tasks:

• Provide top-notch support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices.
• Streamline onboarding: Manage and automate user provisioning using MDM solutions like Jump Cloud.
• Keep our infrastructure running: Administer and maintain our network devices, including switches and printers at our local office in Berlin as well as on our AWS cloud..
• Secure our systems: Oversee our Windows and Mac devices and implement security standards.
• Automate tasks: Develop Power Shell scripts to boost efficiency.
• Manage our digital workspace: Administer Active Directory and Google Workspace.
• Support cloud operations: Assist with AWS tasks and security initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively: Communicate technical information clearly in German and English.

Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience in Windows and Mac support
• Proficiency in MDM tools, especially Jump Cloud
• 2+ years of experience in IT security
• Knowledge of network hardware (switches, printers)
• Expertise in Windows Server administration (2012-2022) and Power Shell scripting
• Broad experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace and the Atlassian suite.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud Ops practices.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• A team-oriented mindset
