The Role:
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will manage and grow the UGG ecosystem within field and medium key accounts of the assigned territory. You will build strong partnerships and develop strategic market and seasonal plans with the Head of Sales and regional retailers, and ensure your team of Sales Executives reach their strategic and financial goals.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Italian market, is motivated by sales goals and can act as a role model for the brand and the business. Fluency in Italian and English is a requirement for this role – please send your CV in English.
Your Impact:
- Execute the strategic plan for the market and key business goals for field accounts
- Develop profitability of the business with all accounts in line with the brand guidelines
- Partner with Trade Marketing to ensure marketing requirements are executed within field accounts
- Provide the Head of Sales with regular sales forecasts
- Manage a sales team and maintain productive, effective and professional relationships with all stakeholders
Who You Are:
- You are highly commercially minded and consumer-focused
- You can provide leadership and act as a role model for direct reports and the wider team
- You’re comfortable with working flexibly and travel internationally as required at short notice
- You have superior communication skills to address all levels of the organisation
We would Love to Hear from People with:
- A strong sales/marketing experience, experience in the footwear industry is beneficial
- Proven sales management experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
- A valid, full driving licence
