Job Description
Your to-do list:

• Create and steward big brand strategies, clearly defining them and building them over multiple campaigns/activities;
• Contribute to the development of inspiring creative briefs;
• Architect communication strategies with the intent to drive behavior change and cultural relevance;
• Own the strategic vision and creative output for assigned business;
• Set the bar for how excellent our strategic product is and help those more junior to reach that bar;
• Be a mentor and line manager to junior team members, with the intent of guiding them and help them grow;
• You will also have the chance to be involved in new business.

Qualifications
If you:

• Have at least 7 year’s experience with ATL, BTL, Digital, Social campaigns in international agencies and/or for international brands
• Have a proven track record of implementing holistic communications strategies;
• Have are familiar wit both brand planning and user-centred design such as consumer journeys and experience planning;
• Are motivated to continue learning and sharing knowledge;
• Ideally, worked on campaigns that won strategy awards such as Effie, APG or IPA

If you:

• Are passionate about communication, creativity and how to really get through to people;
• Have good foundations in brand building, creative strategy and comms planning, but at the same time are confident enough to break those rules to push the work to new, unexplored places;
• Always strive to make the work better;
• Are somehow a culture geek and enjoy getting under the skin of what motivates people’s behaviour;
• Are looking for your next step up in a role that will both challenge and reward you;
• Are a pirate, not the navy.
