Posizione:

The candidate will ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance (PA) tasks for all avionic/electronic equipment procured for space project and as such she/he will:

• 
  Ensure the compliance to project requirements or, as applicable, the deviations are duly documented and justified
• Establish and maintain an appropriate interface with the subcontractor’s quality representative for all relevant PA matters
• Supervise and direct product development and qualification for all relevant quality aspects
• Manage the non-conformities in accordance with applicable requirements and process internally with suppliers, ensuring proper visibility to the customer
• Ensure that lessons learnt are formalized capitalized and promoted
• Coordinate the activities of the project quality team, ensuring that the PA requirements are properly flowed down at all subcontractors
• Participate in project meetings and reviews with subcontractors, providing quality contributions whenever necessary
• Exercise the duly alerts and the tight of vetoes according to the existing processes
• Ensure the continuous improvement processes are implemented
• Participate to Continuous improvement process of the quality department

Requisiti:

• 5 years in Space Domain
• 3 years in quality (preferably as Project/ product PA)
• knowing of standards such as ECSS, NASA, MIL, IPC
• fluency in English
• good communication and negotiation skills
• capability to effectively coordinate and delegate
• proactivity, open mindedness
