A Day in the Life
Support MES Italy in managing growing Install Base, extract and manage data from Asset Max, manage KPI.
- Il team Managed Equipment Services (MES) Italia si occupa della completa gestione delle apparecchiature medicali installate presso i nostri clienti (ospedali e case di cura) in tutta Italia
- Il team MES Italia utilizza un software per la gestione delle apparecchiature creando un vero e proprio libro macchina digitale
- Il team MES Italia rappresenta l’unica interfaccia per il cliente relativamente alla gestione delle apparecchiature medicali
- Supporto nella gestione delle apparecchiature medicali installate presso Ospedali e Case di Cura (procurement, installazione, manutenzione, fine vita)
- Analisi dei dati relativi all’installazione e manutenzione delle apparecchiature. Redazione di report e presentazioni
- Analisi dei dati relativi ai costi sostenuti nella gestione delle apparecchiature
- Utilizzo del sistema Asset Max e ARCA per la registrazione del libro macchina digitale
- Partecipazione a incontri e meeting con stakeholder sia interni che esterni
Requisiti minimi ed esperienze pregresse:
- Laurea recente in Ingegneria Biomedica o Ingegneria Clinica
- Laurea Quinquennale
- Inglese: B2/C1, conoscenza di base della lingua scritta, buono/ottimo l’ascolto
- Italiano: Eccellente (grammatica, ortografia, ecc.)
- Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel e Power Point
- Richiesto il domicilio in Lombardia per l’attivazione del tirocinio
- Disponibilità a lavorare almeno due giorni a settimana presso gli uffici di Turate (Como)
- Capacità di organizzazione del lavoro e di prioritizzazione delle attività
- Velocità e precisione nello svolgimento dei task assegnati
- Voglia di imparare e di crescere all’interno di un team altamente professionale e dinamico
- Proattività e spirito di iniziativa
- Capacità di regolare e gestire la propria attività giornaliera identificando le priorità
Nice to haves:
- Esperienza precedente con produttori di apparecchiature medicali
- Esperienza con Software di asset management

Data di inizio: 2 Novembre
Durata: 6 mesi, con possibile proroga di ulteriori 6 mesi
Orario di lavoro: 40h/settimanda
Modello di lavoro: Hybrid: due giorni a settimana in ufficio
