About the Role
The Travel Security Operations Specialist will play a critical role in improving the overall efficiency of the Travel Security & Intelligence team by supervising projects and highlighting alternative approaches to enhance more dynamic & effective security processes.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Travel Security Coordinator.

About the Role
The Travel Security Operations Specialist will play a critical role in improving the overall efficiency of the Travel Security & Intelligence team by supervising projects and highlighting alternative approaches to enhance more dynamic & effective security processes.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Travel Security Coordinator.
Specifically, the Travel Security Operations Specialist will:
- Play a cross-functional role and coordinate projects to implement analysis and risk management platforms, interfacing with various organizational stakeholders.
- Support the technological advancement of security processes within the Travel Security Team and create an incident management system for reporting and responding.
- Support the Travel Security Team in the management and optimization of the already existing GTM & Intelligence platforms.
What You Need to Be Successful
We are looking for a self-motivated and flexible individual, who has a sheer interest in ICT topics and adequate technical expertise both in terms of Security Best Practices and contingent geo-political dynamics.
We would like to meet candidates with:
- University degree
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and proven knowledge of Security & intelligence risk management platforms
- Outstanding analytical skills, critical thinking, and a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Professional knowledge of the English language is mandatory.
- Remarkable attention to detail and ability to work in a precise and accurate manner.
- A high degree of flexibility to support the travelling staff in case of emergency.
