Responsibilities:

• Support a profitable portfolio focused on providing Cyber Liability Coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in the underwriting process, including data analysis and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, claims, and security operations.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience Customer service/support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
• Written language proficiency (and ability to speak fluently) in Spanish, Italian and English, required.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong interest in technology and cyber risk and its evolving landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
