WHAT WILL WE DO TOGETHER
The Warehouse&Distrubution Manager Region Sud, through his/her warehouse mgrs and distribution mgrs, is responsible for the warehousing and distribution activities in southern Italy and is able to apply business decisions to guarantee the proper trade-off among costs, service level and business risks.

ARE YOU THE MISSING INGREDIENT WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

• You will be responsible for inventory value for finished goods, returnable container and raw material present in warehouses in his/her region.
• You will be responsible to define and implement the proper network to follow sales trend or sales model.
• You will be in charge to develop partnership with customers belonging to your territories and with external providers thus guaranteeing the sustainability of performances with a clear Customer centricity strategy.
• You, together with his/her distribution team, are responsible to intervene and meet customers when Sales Region Mgr asks for support, identifying process gaps and implementing corrective action plans able to increase customer satisfaction.
• You will support the Logistics Director to develop a professional, customer service, cost and carbon focused logistics organization, able to ensure flexibility, fast response time, speed to market, better service, optimised cost and overall SC network efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible to manage the Service Providers obtaining the respect contractual Service Level Agreement, evaluating and mitigating the risks depending from the Service Providers and that could affect CCH financial performances and legal compliance.
• You will be able to cope with complex situations as service drop/strikes/injuries avoiding business disruptions.
• You will be formally delegated in front of the law for safety issues within your area of competence
• You will participate with Industrial Relations collegues in front of Unions to discuss logistics issues
